From your first message to your first session, we keep things simple, supportive, and fast.

An FCA is a detailed psychological assessment that explores how your mental health impacts your ability to manage daily life across key areas such as communication, self-care, social interaction, learning, and emotional regulation. Our assessments are tailored to each person and designed to clearly demonstrate current functional abilities, challenges, and support needs.
Yes all our FCA appointments are completed online via secure video, making them accessible no matter where you are in Australia.
The entire process usually takes around 2-3 weeks (depending on availability).
This includes:
1. An initial interview (50 Minutes)
2. A 2-hour assessment session
3. Self-paced questionnaires
4. Report writing (4-6 hours)
5. Optional feedback session (50 Minutes)
We’re not currently NDIS-registered, which means we’re only able to work with participants who are plan-managed or self-managed.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide services to agency-managed (NDIA-managed) participants at this time.
